Job Responsibilities

- Oversee financial planning and business performance analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, investment and risk management activities

- You will ensure the accuracy of financial statements and adhere to corporate reporting timetables. You will also assist in implementation of management and administrative financial systems to provide structure for sustained business growth.

- To ensure compliance with established financial processes, local compliance requirements, financial reporting and review of revenue, expenditures, asset management, tax, management reporting and administration.

- You will be responsible for the implementation of finance strategies and objectives. You will manage and liaise with external auditors and tax agents.

-You must possess the knowledge to evaluate the company's P&L and also plan for effective finance strategies.

Requirements

- Possess a degree in accounting or finance with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

- Prior experience from the F&B industry is an advantage.

- Have a strong understanding in inventory management and costing.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Conference and Business Solutions industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, event organizers, and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or surpass revenue targets.
• Promote a comprehensive range of event-related services, including venue rental, catering, and technological solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to uncover new opportunities.

Event Coordination Support:
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Assist clients in planning and managing their events, from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to guarantee efficient delivery of event components.

Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.
• Conduct site visits, deliver presentations, and pitch proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in compliance with company policies.
• Offer tailored and effective solutions aligned with clients' event goals.

Reporting & Analysis:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using the CRM system.
• Deliver regular reports to senior management on sales performance, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Analyze competitor actions and market conditions to provide strategic business development recommendations.

Requirements:
• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Brings along at least 3-5 years of sales experience in the Events, Conference or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experienced in planning resources effectively and meet tight deadlines
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on support and ownership of full order-to-cash function for customers across Bangladesh, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, China, Pakistan for a start, but not limited to.
• Lead and manage the order management team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality customer service. Hands-on approach is necessary.
• Develop and implement order management policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy, especially in areas of managing letters of credit.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and issues related to order processing/fulfilment.
• Collaborate with sales people, inventory team, production plants, external logistics partners, system support to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders.
• Review and refresh key performance indicators (KPIs) on internal team and external partners.
• Consider learning and development opportunities for team members, together with recommending changes for continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements in order processing.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree/Professional certificate in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in customer service or order management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of order management systems (SAP R3 (ECC) or S4 Hana) and processes
• Good working knowledge in the negotiation of Letters of Credit for countries, as well as other payment terms such as D/P, D/A, etc.
