Possess Minimum Electrical Engineering Diploma/Degree. Able to Troubleshoot control panel with Variable Frequency Drive, Motor Starters, Softstarters, Servo motors, Stepper Motor, Programmer Logic Controller, Human Machine Interface (HMI) . Able to use your hand to construct and wire a Control Panel. Able to lead/ supervise a team of technicians to do the above. Able to train and impart knowledge and practical skills to Junior Technicians on the above type of control panel.
Knowledge of Electrical Drafting software and design control panel with the above devices. Knowledge of PLC programming and able to work with programmers to design electrical control systems.
Knowledgeable with most mechanical devices like pumps, fans, actuators, solenoid, hydraulic cylinders, motors, servo motors, stepper motors, gears etc. Able to handle most repairs and parts replacement for these devices and lead/supervise and instruct junior technicians with practical knowledge and also physically carry out this repair/replacement/overhaul.
Have practical knowledge of welding and fitting and able to lead/supervise and instruct junior technicians to carry out fabrication work. Fabrication work with welding require the welds to have Non Destructive Test like Magnetic Paticle Testing and Liquid Penetrant Testing and candidate must be familar with test and have certifcate for this process
