Responsible in running the full operations of the café including opening and closing of café
Lead the entire F&B team, Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
Coaching and training of service staff
Maintain high level of service standard and cleanliness of café
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Building strong rapport with guests
Handle guest feedback/complaints

Job Requirement
Min 2 year of relevant experience in supervisory role in F&B environment
