Job Responsibilities:
Schedule and control the supply of materials/components to meet production requirements and minimum stock levels
Plan, develop, implement and evaluate processes for material delivery from supplier to point of fit
Assess volume requirements against planning assumptions
Day-to-day order management and management of deliveries
Understand and manage risks to minimise impact on production schedule
Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect
Job Requirements:
Min. Diploma in Mechanical, Engineering related courses or any equivalent.
With at least 2 years working experience in material planning in manufacturing environment (Precision Machining)
Excellent knowledge in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word etc.)
Good communication skills
Independent and able to work under a fast pace environment
5 days work week
