Job Description:
- Reporting to the Assistant Director, Partnerships and Startup Development, you will collaborate across cross-functional teams to develop, maintain and grow our strategic opportunities with both existing and new partners aligned to ACE.SG’s mission.
- You will design, implement programmes, offerings (including sponsorship and innovation projects) and marketing campaigns for partners across the organization.
- You will conceptualize, train and track engagement plans for partners across various operational needs and support each corporation can offer for startups.
- You will coordinate with various account managers on overall liaison with partners and tracking of budget, project charter and budget utilisation for programmes with sponsors or partners.
- You will analyse ecosystem needs, gaps of operation requirements startups may have and identify potential partners that could bridge identified gaps.
- You will conceptualize and develop standardized strategic commercial objectives and partnership/sponsorship agreement guidelines across the organization.
- You will develop, monitor and review performance indicators of measurement for the partnerships with corporations and ecosystem players across the organization.
- You will provide consultancy and advisory services and cultivate deep relationships with key stakeholders and partners and clients and establish and enhance strategic partnerships with local and foreign entities to create opportunities in driving co-innovation activities.
- You will carry out studies and prepare landscape reports on market development, economic analysis, technology trends and other relevant areas pertaining to the local startup ecosystem that the partners may request.
- You will provide regular updates to the Management on the progress and activities for partners during meetings or in writing as and when as required.
- You will manage or participate in any Special Projects, or undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or the Management.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field.
- 1-3 years’ work experience in a similar capacity. Fresh graduates with the relevant skills sets may also apply.
- You are obsessed with details and display unquestionable work ethics.
- A plus to have some domain knowledge of the startup scene, but more importantly you have a genuine passion for entrepreneurship and emerging technologies.
