Good knowledge of authority requirement / regulations to execute planning works

Good knowledge of precast , PPVC , PBU and Dfma concepts

Ability to adapt to digitalised process in construction industry

Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with Client/Consultant/Subcon

Ability to lead a team of Engineers & Coordinators to successfully

Experience with Precast/PPVC/MET Basic knowledge of Revit , Autodesk BIM360 , Novade ,Powerapps , Power BI is an added advantage

Completed min 5 project cycles

Strong Decision making and leadership skil

Responsible to lead a team of M&E personnels.

Acquire approval scope of works and ensuring compliance with regulations and project requirements.

Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction M&E works process.

In-depth understanding of project specifications, technical details and construction drawings.

Monitor and ensure that site progress is in accordance with the master program with no delay in works and proper work sequencing.

Attend site meetings with the client and all sub-contractors to review project progress.

Monitor and report project details including progress, risks and resolve MEP-related issues in a timely manner.

Define clear roles & responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and schedule to all project personnel.

Lead and supervise project personnel on site to ensure construction activities are carry out effectively and timely.

Assist to the Project Director and any other job-related ad hoc duties.

Understand and be competent with professional practice and contract administration processes.

- Able to operate of machine, can use construction machine, knowledge of construction safety. Experience in operating equipment like trench rammers, drills, pneumatic hammers. Knowledge of mixing and pouring construction material (concrete, sand, grout & etc...).

- At least 10 years of experience in construction industry. Manage site activities, vendors and sub-contractors，assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work. Attend meeting, coordination, prepare works schedule & site supervision.

- Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings & ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.

- Responsible for all aspects of site safety, proven experience as construction worker, reduce material wasting and cost saving.

- Knowledge of basic engineering and construction principles and methods, be bilingual, fluent in English & Chinese / Bangladesh.
