What are we looking for?

• Software development experience.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant (Pre-Sales) experience in an IT services company.
• Successfully delivered a software solution for Government Agency of $5 million and above as a project manager, with healthy profit margin.
• Possess experience delivering software solution using Agile methodology.
• Good understanding of the IT Services landscape .

As the Lead of DevSecOps, you will be accountable for all activities of the Cloud and CI/CD team business and serve as a technology advocate across the organization. To be successful, you must have a deep understanding of Cloud technology and CI/CD practices, especially in the Singapore Government context. Technical Expertise

• Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines, integrating security checks at every stage of the software development lifecycle.
• Oversee the implementation and management of cloud infrastructure, with a focus on AWS and Azure platforms.
• Implement and maintain security tools for vulnerability scanning, code analysis, and compliance monitoring.
• Develop and enforce security policies and standards across development and operations teams.

Process Improvement

• Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA) and their implementation in cloud environments.
• Essential knowledge of Singapore Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) architecture and compliance requirements.
