Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1 -2 years working experience in administration role or similar

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and

systems

• Ability to work independently and with a team

Admin Operation

- Handles Sales Inquiry, promote our products to existing accounts & new customers (including interior designer firms, construction firms and end users) and service these accounts/customers

- Draft and proposed quotations to customers

- Issue quotation and Work Order.

- Follow up in a timely and professional manner with customers on all requests, concerns, or questions.

- Understand products knowledge and demonstrate to customers with extensive product information.

Monthly Salary Range from $2,100 to $5,000

Location : Upper Boon Keng

Working hours will be 10am to 7pm on weekdays and 10am to 6pm on weekends (6 Days off per month)

Duties:

- Reply inquiry from social media and online platform, assist closely with leads, source sales opportunities through lead to achieve monthly and quarterly quota.

- Follow up in a timely and professional manner with customers on all requests, concerns, or questions.

- Understand products knowledge and demonstrate to customers with extensive product information.

Requirement:

- You must be able to work on weekends, rest day will be on one of the weekdays.

- 6 Days off per month

- Passion for sales

Working days:Mon-Fri(9am-6pm),Sat(9am-1pm)

Rest Day:4 days per month

Roles & Responsibilities

• Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
• Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
• Provide assistance and support to company personnel
• Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
• Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
• Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
• Constantly update job knowledge
