· Managing Director schedule/appointments
· Keeping track of his personal calender
· Booking of venues
· Handle invoices
· Handle some calls
· Attend meetings, taking minutes
· Assist me in managing 6-7 companies administrative and invoices
· Help me with purchases, seasonal gifts to staffs and business partners
· Liaising with various suppliers, contractors etc
· Franchisee’ relations and backend coordination
Requirements
Min 2 years experience
Good positive working attitude
