2. Sales and Customer Service
Handle client inquiries through phone, email, and social media.
Issue invoices, process sales orders, and maintain accurate sales records.
Attend to walk-in customers, providing excellent service and product recommendations.
3. Inter-company Coordination
Liaise with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
Act as a communication bridge between departments for smooth operations.
4. Export Sales
Identify and approach potential international partners.
Coordinate with logistics for export requirements, including documentation and shipping.
Build relationships with overseas distributors and clients to grow the business globally.
5. Administrative Support
Maintain client databases and follow up on sales leads.
Generate reports and assist in marketing campaigns or events.
