OUTSIDE founded in 2017 in Singapore, is a multi brand store stocking outdoor brands like Fjallraven, Keen, Chums, Snow Peak, Logos, Exped, Outdoor Products Japan, Montane and more. Currently there are 7 stores in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.

We are looking for someone who love retail industry and social media savvy to join our team in Singapore.

Your Tasks

#1 Social Media

• Scheduling strategy for brands’ social media accounts
• Assist in creating story and reel for social media
• Seeding with KOL
• Assist in brand activations like organising events and contests.

#2 Retail Sales

• To be trained at the retail stores
• Making sure products display in good and tidy
• Always seek to improve product knowledge
• Customer engagement through sales floor and social media

Requirement

• Min Diploma in retail or marketing
• Must love outdoor and experience in outdoor activities
• Experience in retail sales
• Presentable, team work, pleasant and positive attitude

Actually Pte Ltd and Actually Trading Pte Ltd established in 2005 and 2008, Due to expansion, we are looking for Accounts Executive to report to Finance Manager to manage our company's accounting.

Job Description :

- Manage full set of accounting for 2 Singapore companies (AP/ AR/ GL/ Bank reconciliation/ GST / Financial report P & L , Balance sheet)

- Preparation of tax computation and submission to IRAS (GST, ECI, Form C)

- Responsible for month end & year end closing of account

- Perform reconciliation of bank, debtors & creditors in monthly basis

- Reports to finance manager in timely basis

- Liaise with auditor / tax agent during year-end financial audit

- Oversee and supervise accounts for Malaysia and Indonesia company (Liase with accountants in both countries)

- Able to fulfill group reporting requirements

- Maintain proper documentation and filing

- Perform accounts and finance analysis

- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior/management

- Able to work independently

Requirements :

- 2 years of accounting experience

- Familiar with Xero accounting software

- Friendly attitude and effective communicator

- Attention to details

- Love accounting !
