Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and building innovative marketing plans and programs to engage brands and agencies with insights about Ads' effectiveness and role in an evolving ecosystem.
- Project-manage execution of large scale ads marketing initiatives (incl. big event productions, influencer activities, product excellence initiatives).
- Ideate, develop, and execute marketing initiatives that drive Ads' advertising business and presence in the industry with thought leadership articles, client and executive presentations, case studies and other content.
Skills and Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales marketing, brand advertising, brand marketing, event management, marketing communications or other related field on equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, action plans, and campaigns.
- Ability to flawlessly execute large and complex marketing campaigns at scale.
- Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced environment and to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and constantly evolving context.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with distinctive problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.
