Job Description
- Engage and influence executive internal and external relationships within the client and industry. Build, customize, and deliver solutions through appropriate forums (e.g., workshops, presentations) to achieve desired outcomes.
- Create forward-thinking, data-driven points of view, narratives, and business pitches to support client/partner businesses. Help clients/partners understand and reach their consumers using industry insights, marketing strategies, and/or third-party research.
- Act as an industry expert by developing and sharing industry perspectives and insights (e.g., qualitative/quantitative) using various internal and external sources.
- Advise clients on methodologies for marketing and media strategies, while assisting customers in navigating industry standards and alternatives.
- Effectively communicate the content and outcomes of complex analyses in a clear and understandable way, tailored to different audiences, through both written and verbal formats.
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in retail, consumer packaged goods, banking, technology/startups, or consulting.
- Ability to manage large and complex datasets with an analytical mindset and knowledge across all value chains of data (e.g., pulling strategic insights, extracting, and cleaning data).
- Ability to influence an audience by crafting points of view (POVs) using data to elicit empathy or create buy-in, and to partner with, orchestrate, lead, and influence clients, partners, and/or service providers as a trusted advisor.
- Ability to interact with C-suite leaders to present, defend, or clarify concerns or issues regarding an existing project, program, or solution.
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
