Overall Responsibilities:
As a Partner Development Manager, you will drive strategic partnerships with key app developers across SEAS with a clear focus.
You will enable these partners to significantly grow their revenue using our industry-leading monetization solutions with AdMob at the core.
You will focus on mobile app developers in the fast-paced environment. You will:
- Consult & provide innovative, industry-leading monetization and platform solutions.
- Proactively identify new opportunities to help partners achieve their business objectives.
- Navigate & Solve for partners/customers technical issues using internal resources.
Many of the largest app developers and content publishers rely on our products, and we're always striving to exceed their expectations and strengthen our long-term partner relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and expand valuable business partnerships with app developers, identifying and maximizing monetization opportunities.
- Develop new business pipeline through direct engagement and scalable strategies, focusing on strategic verticals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve partner issues and ensure seamless handovers with Account Management.
- Conduct data-driven analyses to identify business and product opportunities, contributing to business growth.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
- Engage with managed books of key clients, diving in their portfolio of mobile apps & games. Surface & pitch incremental monetization opportunities
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline of opportunities pitched & follow up towards implementation, solving for any blockers.
- Reactively assist partners navigate for any unforeseen roadblocks, challenges with their monetization business related to client monetization products.
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of industry experience working with Apps developers.
- Experience in partner/client relationship-building, with the demonstrated ability to engage and negotiate with new partners/clients.
Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience in app monetization.
- Experience in internet, advertising, e-commerce, publishing, games, and/or online services.
- Demonstrated ability to independently identify and pursue strategic opportunities.
- Ability to structure, analyze and solve complex business problems, as well as to deliver impact against concrete business goals.
