Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day support in the full spectrum of HR and admin functions
Drive the full recruitment from sourcing, interviewing, and selection
Basic HR and admin duties such as handling onboarding applications, properly filling and updating records, preparing submission papers for recruitment
Work with partners to conduct recruitment workshop
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email and mail
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least A Levels/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executive specialised in Human Resources or equivalent.
Meticulous, team player, good communicator, organised worker with good follow-through
Able to adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced working environment dealing with large work volume
Strong interpersonal skills that enable communication with staff from different levels
Human Resources Administrators are responsible for the administrative tasks of managing staff engagement. As a Human Resources Administrator you’ll assist the Human Resources Manager and the wider HR team.
