Responsibility:
- Provide day-to-day support in the full spectrum of HR and admin functions
- Drive the full recruitment from sourcing, interviewing, and selection
- Basic HR and admin duties such as handling onboarding applications, properly filling and updating records, preparing submission papers for recruitment
- Work with partners to conduct recruitment workshop
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email and mail
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least A Levels/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialised in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Meticulous, team player, good communicator, organised worker with good follow-through
- Able to adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced working environment dealing with large work volume
- Strong interpersonal skills that enable communication with staff from different levels
Human Resources Administrators are responsible for the administrative tasks of managing staff engagement. As a Human Resources Administrator you’ll assist the Human Resources Manager and the wider HR team.
