3. Marketing & Outreach
Assist in executing recruitment marketing campaigns to attract fresh graduates, mid-career switchers, and experienced professionals.
Support career events, including campus recruitment drives, career fairs, and information sessions.
Create recruitment materials such as brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns to promote job opportunities.
4. Database Management & Reporting
Maintain an organized database of applicants, resumes, and interview notes.
Generate reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, applicant sources, and conversion rates.
Ensure all candidate data is stored and processed in compliance with data protection regulations.
5. Administrative Support
Prepare recruitment-related documents, including job descriptions, and onboarding checklists.
Handle inquiries from candidates and internal teams regarding recruitment policies and procedures.
Provide general support to the recruitment team to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles is preferred.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
