Key Responsibilities:

• Create recruitment materials such as brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns to promote job opportunities.

4. Database Management & Reporting

• Maintain an organized database of applicants, resumes, and interview notes.

• Ensure all candidate data is stored and processed in compliance with data protection regulations.

5. Administrative Support

• Prepare recruitment-related documents, including job descriptions, and onboarding checklists.

• Provide general support to the recruitment team to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
