Roles & Responsibilities
- To lead and execute site projects safely and effectively mainly in oil/petrochemical industry.
- To prepare RA, Work Method Statement on the job scope including quotations.
- To prepare and submit documents that Clients require prior to startup of the job.
- To oversee smooth and safe execution of site works.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and problems that arise during the project.
- Oversee budgetary and scheduling, and report regularly to project manager on progress as well as on problems that could significantly affect cost or schedule.
- Inform Supervisors promptly of any job or schedule changes and work closely with all the Client Representative to ensure requirements are met.
- Attend regular meetings at site and prepare Minutes of Meeting.
Qualification & Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
- Experience in leading and supervisory of site work execution process.
- Good communication and analytical skill to drive as individual.
- Candidates who possess OPSOC Supervisor and relevant certificate will have an added advantage.
- Preferably with at least 3-5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industries.
- Knowledgeable in using MS Office especially MS Word and MS Excel.
- Familiar with ERP supply chain, procurement service portals and systems.
- Class 3 driving license will be advantageous.
