Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
Reconcile bank statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports.
Process invoices and payments accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and company policies.
Maintain and update accounting records and files.
Assist with audit preparation and provide necessary documentation.
Handle general ledger entries and month-end closing procedures.
Support the finance team in any ad hoc tasks or projects.
Requirements
:
A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have relevant internship experience.
Preferred Qualifications
:
Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) is an advantage.
Ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin is a plus.
