Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment.
- Planning and implementation of upgrades and modifications to existing electrical systems and equipment.
- Ensuring that all electrical systems and equipment comply with relevant safety standards and regulations.
- Conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective/preventive maintenance actions as necessary.
- Maintaining documentation related to maintenance and facilities.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Perform ad-hoc activities and support as required by superiors.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification with computer literacy.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience with electrical installations and maintenance.
- Preferably specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities, Equipment and Machinery).
- Knowledge of PLC control, PLC troubleshooting and modification will be an advantage.
- Hands-on electrical repair and troubleshooting experience is a must.
- Good commumication skills to foster teamwork and know-how exchange.
