HR Business partnering by having a deep understanding of our business Culture (Vision/Mission/Values/Principles) and ensuring that HR strategies and processes align and support our business goals. Inculcating this culture to all the staff during onboarding and orientation.
Work with line managers to provide advice, support and follow-up on employee inquiries relating to administrative support, employee benefits, HR policies clarification and practices.
Provide support to any other HR related project and duties as assigned.

Based on the tender documents and tender drawings, come up with the project BQ with the assistance of project engineer based on site conditions, do cost estimations
Provide input to Director for decision on final tender price
Attend tender interviews and reviews for project clarifications
Upon award of tender, starts to plan and allocate resources (Manpower, Tools, and Equipment & Material) using the initial tender information as basis
Do up a project schedule (including Manpower schedule, Cost & Claim schedule, etc) for effective project management, monitoring & reporting
After the initial project planning, start to go through the engineering aspects of the project to ensure that the design and constructability of the design is sound
Identify potential issues with the project and do up the appropriate MSRA to minimize the issues and execute the project in the best possible manner in term of cost, quality, time and resources requirements.
Monitoring work activities as well as individual performance on a daily basis and submit daily report via the common communication mediums (Whatsapp, SMS, Email, etc)
Submit weekly report during management meeting
Coordinate and manage the customer acceptance process
Coordinate project closeout documents
Conduct Post Project Analysis and Reconciliation of Expectations in all aspects including a detailed project debriefing
Coordinate the smooth transfer/handover of Project to Service and Maintenance team upon full project completion
Build rapport with clients to aid successful completion of works
