· Handle the warehouse on stock fulfilment and inventory related issues.

· Keeping track of all incoming and out-going stocks.

• Responsible in handle full set of accounts for Singapore accounts.
• Responsible for the overall financial management, including review monthly financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance of financial reporting standards and timely submission of monthly financial reports to the management.
• Ensuring strict control on inter-company accounts reconciliations and settlements.
• Monitoring of the cash flow, prepare cash flow analysis, managing cash flow for all local entities.
• Provide advice and guidance to the local Accounts team on daily operational issues.
• Liaise with company secretaries, external auditors, tax agents and statutory bodies.
• Assist with monthly group consolidation.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Candidates must be a strong team leader who is highly task oriented, immensely motivated and possess at least an Accountancy Degree, Higher Diploma in Accountancy, Professional Accountancy Degree or equivalent with at least 5 - 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Responsible in handling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

• Record and reconcile expenses, including employee reimbursements.

• Assist in cash flow planning, ensure accurate update of financial records and reconciliation

• Ensure timely and accurate billing and following up with customers/vendors to ensure timely payments

• Assist in monthly general ledger journals, schedules and closing activities

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
