Job Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver interactive, innovative music lessons for group classes, fostering collaboration and teamwork among students.
- Develop lesson plans tailored to group learning dynamics and implement effective classroom management strategies.
- Create or source engaging teaching materials and resources to enhance the group learning experience.
- Teach music theory, aural skills, rhythm, and practical techniques with an emphasis on group performance and ensemble skills.
- Monitor and assess the collective and individual progress of group members, providing constructive feedback and detailed reports.

Requirements:
- Educational Background: Diploma or higher in music, specializing in Violin as the principal instrument.

- Experience: 2–4 years of teaching experience preferred, particularly in leading group music classes, though entry-level candidates passionate about group education are welcome to apply.
- Communication Skills: Strong command of English to effectively manage and engage with diverse groups of learners.
- Flexibility: Must be able to travel to different locations (schools) within Singapore.
- Physical Readiness: Comfortable transporting teaching materials like books and posters as needed.
