Job Description
- Provide full administrative support
- Responsible for all correspondence, emails, meeting arrangements and phone calls
- Prepare Invoicing promptly
- Arrange shipments and prepare relevant documents
- Assist to stock in items
- Organizing and keying in data for client/company orders
- Order fulfilment for E-commerce platforms such as Lazada and Shopee
- Day-to-day settlement to ensure the amount received tally
- Bank in when required
- Warehouse management such as doing stock check-in on a daily and weekly basis
- Monitor the inventory level and report to superior when the quantity is low
- Maintain documentation and filing system
- Assist in day-to-day office operations
Requirements:
- Entry Level candidates accepted
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Able to multi-task and well organized
- Proficient in Ms Office (Word & Excel)
- Capable of physical work as sometimes need to stock in large quantities of laptops
