Job Description - Role & Responsibilities
- BIM Modeller to understand and comply with BIM execution plan
- creation of 3D model Content
- Modelling using AUTOCAD Revit BIM Modelling software
- assist with e-submission to authorities
- assist with the Architect, Consultants, Clients, etc. to ensure delivery on time with acceptable quality of works.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Architectural and its equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the architectural building industries
- Knowledge in the use of BIM tools for design / construction
- possesses good interpersonal skills for BIM coordination and collaborative processes
- Only Singaporean / PR can apply
- Candidates with less than 6 years but minimum 4 years of similar working experience can be considered
- Experience in HDB Projects is an advantage.
