Job Description:
- Identify new customers by searching online business listings, following leads from existing clients, and attending trade shows and conferences
- Achieve monthly and annual targeted sales and maintain consistent performance.
- Build connections and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Carefully monitor contacts, promotional activities, and sales volume
- Help customers select pet food and accessories to meet their pet's needs, product specifications, and regulations
- Answer customers’ questions about product prices and availability
- Prepare sales contracts and submit orders for processing
- Follow up with vendors/partners to make sure that they are satisfied with their purchases
- Monitor customers' credit facilities to ensure prompt payments.
- Handle customers' complaints and quality issues and solve problems arising from customers' orders.
Job Requirements:
- At least one year of sales experience in a retail environment/role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service oriented, good team player with multi-tasking capabilities
