Adecco is partnering with a Global Data Center Owner to look for professional and confident Project Manager to handle internal stakholders and external parties to complete the Hypserscale Data Center within the regions.

The Job:

• Project Leadership: Plan, lead, and coordinate data center projects across all phases, from design and construction to operational handover, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion.
• Technical Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of data center infrastructure and construction processes to drive successful project outcomes.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure delivery aligns with company objectives and industry standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate effective communication with diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

The Talent:

• Degree in Engineering/Project Management/Information Technology or technical field
• 5 years project management experience in hyperscale data center
• Knowledge in TIA-942, Uptime Institute Tier Standards, and LEED for data center project
• PMP/Prince 2 AND CDCP/DCDP is a bonus

Responsibilities:

· Developing new partners to increase channel breath, also to enhance the existing partner’s business to boost channel depth.

· Identify opportunities in the end users’ space and coordinate with partners on the sales and project fulfilment.

· Based on the corporate strategy, regional and industry business objectives, gain insight into business opportunities, develop and execute key customer development strategies.

· Collaborate with all parties to plan, design, deliver, and accept customers' and partners' data center solutions. Through end-to-end project operation and customer relationship management, take responsibility for data center integration project operation, revenue target achievement, and customer satisfaction.

· Build organizational relationships with partners and customers and continuously expand new customers and partners.

· Managing weekly reporting of pipeline and forecast.

· Planning and conducting sales workshop, product seminars and trade shows.

· Preparing presentations, reports, and commercial quotations.

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree or above, majored in Business administration/Mechanical/Electrical engineering, etc.;

· Proficiently use office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Good communication, presentation and collaboration skills.

· At least 2 years of dedicated data center infrastructure solution sales/service or design experience, with good network of Channel Partners or Contractors.

· Channel Sales and Account management experience

· Dynamic individual who is passionate to join a fast-growing team with a track record of achieving result

· Be able to understand customers' business, and strategic requirements, influence customers' plans and budgets, and design solutions based on customer requirements

· Partner and customer communication and guidance: Be able to influence partner/customer decision-making supporters/decision makers, effectively transfer product and solution values, establish a good trust relationship with customers, and influence customer decision-making

· Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is essential to effectively communicate with Chinese speaking head office, stakeholders, counterparts, and customers.
