Main Responsibilities:
- Assess organizational needs and design inclusion and empowerment programs in full collaboration with HR to ensure that these initiatives are aligned with the company’s broader HR strategy,
- Lead the execution of these programs, ensuring that strategies are implemented effectively and deliver real value to the organization.
- Tailor these programs to meet the needs of different regions, ensuring that local cultural nuances are respected while fostering global cohesion, ensuring that employees from diverse nationalities feel supported and empowered.
- Lead the design, execution, and facilitation of other internal events that promote inclusion and collaboration.
- Facilitate workshops, interventions, and events that focus on experiential learning, allowing employees to engage with practical, hands-on activities where theory is embedded in action.
- Encourage a culture of experimentation, where employees can take small steps, make progress, and learn through real-world application
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees at all levels, using a systems thinking approach to help them navigate complex challenges and grow both personally and professionally.
- Use storytelling as a tool to make abstract concepts relatable and actionable, fostering alignment and enthusiasm across different teams and functions.
- Utilize your external network to build relationships with local businesses, thought leaders, and organizations in Singapore, identifying opportunities for collaboration
- Supervise the Organization all events like tech talks and inspire talks, CSR activities, team building events especially sportive ones and the annual DnD (Diner and Dance)
- Help in the organization of other transversal events organized by the departments (ex Hachackton, inclusion/onboardings days, …)
- Coordinate with the head of communication to ensure the proper communication is done on these events
- Coordinate with the other entities in Singapore or with Head office for organizing transversal events
Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities:
- Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Singapore Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer/Compliance Officer.
- Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.
- Make sure all the activities and expenses follow the local rules, with a particular attention to the procurement ones.
Qualification and Profile
- Systems Thinking & Complexity Management: Strong ability to understand and address the interconnected challenges within a diverse organization, designing programs that solve both immediate and long-term issues.
- Program Design, Execution, and Facilitation: Proven experience in not only designing but also executing and facilitating empowerment and inclusion programs, with a focus on experiential learning where theory is applied through hands-on activities.
- Management 3.0, Solution-Focused & Host Leadership: Experience in applying Management 3.0, solution-focused approaches, and host leadership principles to foster collaboration and autonomy.
- Workshop & Learning Program Design: Expertise in designing and facilitating workshops and learning programs from various schools of thought, emphasizing practical application and employee engagement.
- Coaching & Mentoring: Skilled in coaching and mentoring employees from diverse backgrounds, fostering personal and professional growth, and helping individuals navigate complex challenges.
- Public Speaking & Storytelling: Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to inspire and engage diverse audiences through public speaking and storytelling.
- Cultural Awareness & Inclusion: Deep understanding of how to foster a culture of inclusion that respects and celebrates the diversity of more than 20 nationalities.
- Organizational Development (OD): A background in organizational development is a plus, particularly in designing interventions that support employee engagement and organizational change.
- Your ability to connect with people from all levels of the organization, as well as the external business community, will be critical to the success of this role.
