1. The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for Banking Admin Support
• Starts off as a 6 months contract

2. Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in daily operations to enhance customer experience, including handling customer enquiries, rate fixing for deposits and loans, account opening, coordinate/ liaising with relevant parties on customer due diligence (CDD)/ periodic reviews, maintenance of customer records and files
• Ensure documentation is complete and that all approvals, facility and security documents are in place at all times.
• Follow up on submission of clients’ financials for spreading, and assist Relationship Managers in preparing the necessary documents for credit application / review
• Preparation of offer / variation letters and follow up on documentation aligned with stipulated terms and conditions
• Follow up on submission of periodic documents (eg. insurance policies, valuation reports etc) from clients or relevant parties, and assist Relationship Managers to address queries on such documents
• Additional duties including ad hoc projects supporting Relationship Managers and team in sales and marketing


3. Requirements
• Minimum Diploma holders, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in a banking environment
• Good understanding of the Corporate Banking business and related banking products
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task and work independently
• Service-oriented and a team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
