The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, your role as Business Development Manager for Singapore will be to drive new sales for Adecco Singapore in specific market segments. You will be responsible for securing new business opportunities in White Spaces and maximizing Small and Medium Enterprises revenue by selling all Adecco’s service lines (Staffing, Outsourcing, Permanent Placement) with the goal of overachieving budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Set-up Commercial Game Plan to enlarge sales funnel and ultimately increase revenue and market share
- Prospect new clients for Staffing, Outsourcing and Permanent Placement business lines, through business development actions
- Ensure rigor in the management of opportunities, with flawless internal and external stakeholder engagement, from prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating, closing, contract implementation and handover to the delivery team
- Manage the Sales Pipeline in CRM and track the delivery of closed opportunities
- Report activity regularly
Key Requirements
- Minimum Degree Qualification preferred
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a sales function (preferably in a multinational environment), customer focused, with sound management skills
- Recruitment industry experience (including but not limited to staffing, outsourcing or permanent placement) would be ideal, B2B sales is a minimum requirement
- To be successful in this role, you need to be a tenacious hunter, a real doer
- Experience with Microsoft Packages, PowerPoint, Excel and CRM required
