• Minimum 5 years of working experience in telecom industry with fix network solution(datacom/dwdm/pon or sdn controller etc.) and technology understanding.

• Minimum 5 years of projects management experience in fix network domain.

• Minimum 3 years of projects E2E solution design (HLD/OLD) experience on fixed network domain

• Vendor or Operator experience is essential.

• 5G knowledge and related project experiences is preferred.

• Knowledge about Huawei fix network solutions and products is preferred.

• Team player, self-motivated, result-oriented and highly independent.

• Experience in pre-sales, bidding / service sale is preferred

Reporting to the Director, this is an individual contributor role (part of a team) to play a key role in providing technical support to external contract manufacturer to ensure consistent production and quality of small/portable electronic devices. This role will require frequent travel (2-3 times per week) to neighboring countries to work closely with the contract manufacturers on-site.

The Job:

• Provide technical guidance and assistance to external contract manufacturers to resolve electronic engineering-related issues encountered during production.
• Work closely with manufacturers to implement and uphold stringent quality control measures, ensuring consistent and reliable product standards.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance manufacturing processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Investigate and address electronic engineering challenges to minimize production delays and defects.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to incorporate design changes that improve product quality and ease of manufacturability.
• Support investment audits in coordination with other departments and conduct periodic physical asset inspections.
• Assist with annual inventory checks.

The Talent:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
