Job Description

• Project Management: Be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of the build components of the project, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications and project plans.
• Application Development: Be responsible for the development, and deployment of applications using low code development platforms, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
• Cross Workstream Integration: Integrate across different project workstreams to ensure that the components built integrate well with the existing systems and capabilities that are live.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in low code development processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Operations: Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available. Perform troubleshooting and debugging of applications when required.

As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be expected to perform independently and take ownership of your tasks. Additionally, you will be required to actively participate and contribute to team discussions, as well as function as problem-solvers.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related discipline
• Must have minimum 3 years of working experience in this role and good experience in the following skills/technologies:
• Advanced proficiency in .NET Core
• Advanced proficiency in ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#
• Advanced proficiency in React.js, React Hooks, Redux, HTML5/CSS, AJAX/JSON, NPM
• Advanced proficiency in creating APIs and batch jobs
• Advanced proficiency in Design & Build Enablement, able to develop efficient application solutions independently
• Good understanding in data models – efficient database design and use
• Possess business acumen to collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and understand requirements to be developed

Relevant skills that would be advantageous, mandatory to state Yes/No

• Geospatial / geographic information system (GIS) experience. If yes, state software tools used and years of experience
• NUS-ISS certification: ICT Assessment Certification for Software Developer
• Python
