The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a Technology Multinational Corporation company to search for a Call Centre Agent
• Focus: Customer Service - Call/Contact Centre Experience
• Office location: Central
• 44hrs per week/ 5.5 days work shift
• Must be able to work weekends/ public holiday on rotating schedule

The Talent

• Minimum O Levels graduate
• Strong communication skills
• Minimum 1 year of call center experience is preferred.

The Job

Handle first level enquires, primarily incoming calls through our hotlines or other channels such as email which is public facing, advising on issues Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.

• Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.
• Perform outbound calls to users who leave callback
• Handle responses via the Chatbot Agent would need to be able to take stress of answering calls from members of public
• Handle emails as assigned by the team leader
• Ad hoc duties as required by the team leader
