The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a global leader in the Luxury Retail industry, and we are seeking a talented individual to join their business as a Regional Indirect Procurement Manager! Reporting directly to the Procurement Director, the successful incumbent will support in identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing processes, and potential areas of risk through strong business acumen and analytical skills. This is a sole contributor role, a portfolio of managing procurement processes for 6 countries.

The Job:

• Enforce local procurement policies aligned with regional and group standards.
• Collaborate with Finance and Compliance to ensure Procure-to-Pay adherence.
• Educate stakeholders on procurement processes via training and communications.
• Partner with stakeholders to source projects across key categories (e.g., retail, marketing, IT, logistics).
• Lead major projects from RFP to delivery, including supplier evaluation and award.
• Identify efficiencies and drive savings while supporting regional/global procurement initiatives.
• Optimize supplier base through regular performance reviews.
• Manage vendor relationships, conduct annual evaluations, and support ESG initiatives.
• Oversee quarterly procurement reporting (e.g., dashboards, spend analysis).
• Regularly update senior management on procurement activities and initiatives.

The Talent:

• 5 years of experience in Indirect Procurement function, preferably in FMCG/Retail environment
• Strong independence, effective stakeholder management, and a collaborative spirit
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with SAP is a plus

JD:

• Support Project Management: Assist project managers and teams by performing administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing minutes of meeting, preparing reports, and managing correspondence with stakeholders.

• Financial Tracking: Help with tracking project budgets, processing invoices, and managing purchase orders to ensure financial accountability.

• Procurement Request and Tracking: Raise procurement request and track the procurement process up to issuance of Purchase Order.

• Resource Allocation: Assist in the allocation and tracking of resources and equipment needed for project completion.

• Document Management: Develop and implement processes for the control, distribution, and storage of project documentation, including plans, reports, drawings, and correspondence.

• Version Control: Maintain version control of project documents to ensure that the latest updates are accurately recorded and disseminated to relevant stakeholders.

• Record Keeping: Create and maintain a comprehensive database for all project-related documents to ensure quick retrieval and secure storage.

• Quality Assurance: Check documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards and specifications.

• Distribution and Access: Manage the distribution of documents to project team members and stakeholders, ensuring that they have access to the latest information.

• Document Handover: Compile document in necessary format and handover to stakeholders and end users such as operation and maintenance team.

Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in any discipline

• Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role or document control, preferably within a project-based environment of at least 2 years.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in document management systems, such as Microsoft Office and Google platforms.

• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple project tasks efficiently.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with project team members and stakeholders.

• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of documents and project records.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues, analyze information, and develop effective solutions.

The Opportunity

• Opportunity to work in a leader in the Semiconductor industry! You will be managing the indirect procurement for the Facilities & Construction sourcing categories across the APAC region
• Location: East (Hybrid work arrangements)
• Contract: 6 months contract (Renewal subjected to business directions and performance)
• Salary: up to SGD 9k (subjected to experience)

The Job

• Develop, implement, and drive category and vendor strategies using business and market data. Continue to optimize category through spend reduction, driving innovations, value enhancement, and risk mitigation
• Develop project pipeline in working with the stakeholders
• Lead RFx creation/management, supplier communications, market research/analysis, data collection/analysis, and contract management, development and redlining (pricing, terms and conditions, SOWs, MSAs, etc.).
• Lead opportunity assessments, category strategies, supplier negotiations and supplier performance/relationship management.
• Capture product and service requirements from business owners and stakeholders for RFx activities and supplier business reviews.
• Support the business in spend management projects that accomplish key objectives like savings, process effectiveness, supplier consolidation & management, risk reduction & management, improved visibility, and control of expenditures.
• Facilitate accurate and favorable transactions, supplier relationship management and compliance.
• Coordinates conducts busines reviews with strategic suppliers
