- Gathering Feedback: Actively collect and analyze feedback from Driver-Partners to understand their needs and improve their experience.
- Code of Conduct Monitoring: Identify and report any Driver-Partners who violate our Code of Conduct (COC) to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all.
- Issue Escalation: Collaborate with the Partner Trust team to escalate issues and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and support.
- Partner Rewards: Implement and manage various campaigns to reward our Driver-Partners for their hard work and dedication.
- Educational Engagement: Conduct educational sessions focused on Safety and Quality to enhance the knowledge and skills of our Driver-Partners.
- Event Assistance: Support engagement events by performing ad hoc duties such as distributing goodies, packing items, and ensuring a positive experience for all participants.
The Talent
- Driving license Class 3 /3Awith min. 2 years’ experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
