Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field.
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in R&D and sales within a manufacturing environment.
- Fluency in Japanese to communicate effectively with Japanese clients and headquarters.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape.
- Expertise in formulating and executing sales and R&D strategies aligned with business goals.
- Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
