Job Summary:
Be part of a dynamic team in account management focusing on delivering excellence to ensure service quality satisfaction. The Customer Advocate is an expert in account management and customer support function, focusing on delivering excellence to ensure service quality satisfaction.
Job Description:
- Provide excellent customer support
- Effectively handle and manage customers’ feedbacks and complaints
- Responsible to upkeep the service level to ensure service excellence delivery to both internal and external customers and partners
- Responsible for front-office and back-office duties which includes customer enquiries, quotations, order processing and fulfilment
- Work closely with team members to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services
- Participate actively in the customer retention program and strategy
- Tracks and assist in collection of outstanding payments in relation to the income generated from your department
- Ad-hoc duties such as billing and filing
- Perform other duties or projects assigned
- Meticulous, organised and an effective team player
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma level and above with 3-4 years of experience in service-related industry
- Meticulous, organised and an effective team player
- Good command of English, written and spoken, as well as proficiency in Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese- speaking clients)
- Immediate commencement
