Job description:-
• Assist to build effective work teams.
• Build relations for customer confidence.
• Develop personal effectiveness at supervisory level.
• Do stocktaking.
• Engage in new ways to improve service.
• Grow and inspire team members through capability development.
• Observe and reward performance in a team to support achievement of results.
• Observe guest experience.
• Oversee and ensure the workplace is safe and secure.
• Oversee asset and inventory.
• Oversee linen and uniform room operations.
• Resolve guests’ concerns and feedback.
• Solve problems and make decisions at operations level.
Requirement:-
a) Have experience in manufacturing (laundry) field will be an advantage
b) Show initiative and enterprising behaviours.
c) Know how to use basic computer functions.
d) Able to start immediately
e) Any entry level candidate or without working experience are welcomed
