Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to meet prospective clients, assess their requirements, and gain a thorough understanding of their needs.
- Partner with project teams, operations staff, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients, gathering feedback and addressing any project-related concerns, including payment issues.
- Coordinate the submission of project plans to relevant authorities for approval and facilitate necessary inspections of ongoing construction work.
- Oversee the development of layout plans, Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) designs, and visuals; prepare project schedules, quotations, and tender submissions for clients.
- Provide expert technical guidance to ensure M&E installations are in compliance with construction drawings and regulatory standards, and review cost estimations.
- Assist in monitoring the progress of M&E installation services, including ACMV systems, AVS, electrical, plumbing, and other installations.
- Participate in M&E coordination meetings to ensure safety standards are met and work progresses efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in corporate office interior design and build project management.
- Possess Mechanical and Electrical knowledge and practical experience, and PMP Certification will be an added advantage.
- Possess a recognized qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in interpreting architectural plans and knowledgeable about building codes and safety regulations.
- Strong project management, presentation, leadership, and team management abilities.
