Job Description

• Assisting the manager in handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, registration of foreign branches & representative offices, Annual Return filings with ACRA, preparation of directors’/ shareholders’ resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters for clients;
• Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including incorporation, strike-off, preparation of directors'/shareholders' resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters and assisting in conducting client due diligence (KYC);
• Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements by both the company and clients; and
• Other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• • Relevant experience in corporate secretarial field
  • Conscientious and meticulous, good organizational skills and experience, able to work independently and well under pressure
  • Proactive and able to prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Excellent team player with commitment and drive to succeed in dynamic corporate environment
  • In-depth knowledge of Companies Act and other relevant regulations
• Able to use MS Office
