Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue detailed quotations for clients.
- Coordinate and maintain effective communication with suppliers.
- Manage administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Perform receptionist duties, including handling incoming calls and client inquiries.
- Draft, compile, and prepare comprehensive reports as needed.
- On-the-job training will be provided.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Good communication and organization skill.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
- Demonstrates sense of initiative with the ability to work independently and as a team player.
