Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance of electrical systems.
- Allocate responsibilities and resources for the inspection, testing, repair, and predictive maintenance of equipment and systems.
- Recommend repair strategies and solutions to resolve equipment and system malfunctions
- Manage the maintenance and care of departmental tools, supplies, and equipment.
- Conduct root cause analyses of failures and malfunctions.
- Ensure adherence to the hotel’s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and Environmental Management System (EMS) standards.
- Conduct investigations into WSH and EMS accidents and incidents.
- Develop, review, and update operational plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regularly.
- Ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min. ITE Certificate in Electrical & Electronics or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
- Able to perform rotating shifts, including weekend and public holidays.
- Team player with positive work attitude.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has good observation and pays attention to details.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
