Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and maintain office records, documents, and correspondence.
- Oversee procurement and inventory management of office supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Supervise the maintenance of office spaces, working with vendors and contractors for necessary upkeep.
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and manage team calendars.
- Provide office support, including preparing documents, filing, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate mail and courier services to ensure timely delivery and receipt.
- Maintain a database of vendors, suppliers, and partners to support project needs.
- Manage petty cash and ensure accurate financial records for reimbursements and claims.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in office administration or a related role.
- Prior experience in the interior design, creative, or architectural industry is highly advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
