Responsibilities:
- Assist in subcontract procurement by evaluating, negotiating, and selecting capable suppliers and subcontractors, and preparing the necessary contract agreements.
- Prepare and review the contract to ensure the contract’s terms and conditions are aligns with the project requirement.
- To measure and assess the completed work at various stages of construction for project budgeting, cost control, client submissions, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with project team to analyze and recommend the cost-effective alternatives to improve project value while maintain the quality.
- Ensure the financial reports are accurate and up to date that required submitting for stakeholders.
- Preparation and submission of tender document and BQ.
- Manage with the progress claim and payment claim of contractor.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Possess good communication skills and team-orientated environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
