Responsibilities:-
- Connect with new leads and clients, track in CRM
- Nurture leads, qualify, and track systematically
- Proactively follow up to convert leads to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Manage inbound calls from customers
- Understand and promote our product (rooms and amenities)
- Document customer requests and profiles
- Use property management system for enquiries
- Train agent partners and assist with sales efforts
- Understand industry practices and procedures
- Provide support via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Anticipate and address customer needs
- Meet service level agreement targets
- Achieve customer service KPI metrics
- Provide regular updates and reports to management
- Report on customer feedback
- Coordinate sales with the BD team and agents
- Provide reports on room occupancy and leads
- Assist with email marketing campaigns
- Coordinate sales with property staff in Australia
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor's degree with good honours
- 5+ years of experience in sales or customer service candidates with a proven track record.
- Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese and have verbal, reading, written, analytical, and reasoning skills
- Familiarity with CRM best practices together with the ability to build lasting and strong customer relationships
- Have a customer-oriented mindset and an acumen for understanding and addressing customer needs and wants
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Highly independent and able to work under stressful situations
- Team player and able to drive outcomes and handle difficult negotiations and exchanges
