Responsibilities:

• Create a variety of video content, including promotional videos, corporate videos, and event coverage.
• Work collaboratively with the creative team to transform their vision into reality through expert camera work and cinematography.
• Edit and post-produce videos using industry-standard software to achieve a polished, professional result.
• Ensure timely delivery of all video projects, maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Manage and maintain video equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the broader team as required.
• Capture and produce high-quality photos and videos for events, campaigns, social media, and corporate communications.
• Edit photos and videos using industry-leading software.
• Organize and maintain a comprehensive digital assets database.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and effectively utilizing resources.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Experience and Communications teams to ensure visual content aligns with objectives and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• 3 years and above of relevant experience, preferably in an outdoor environment.
• Proficient in Photoshop, including image editing and retouching.
• Basic proficiency in Excel for data entry and organization.
• Familiarity with photography equipment such as cameras, lenses, and lighting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in video editing software (portfolio to be provided upon request).
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, with an eye for composition and visual storytelling.
• Creative in framing shots and selecting angles.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Highly resourceful, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Able to thrive in fast-paced environments with quick turnarounds and short deadlines.
