Job Description:

• Cut various size portions of raw meat by hand with knives or slicer using proper cutting techniques, check weights and place cut meat portions into proper tubs
• Assist butcher team with various responsibilities including system key-in, vacuum sealing packages, boxing items, organizing products, order ful lment and etc.
• Organizing and managing meat inventory
• Keep equipment and work area clean to maintain health and sanitation standards
• Additional duties and responsibility as assigned
• Ideal candidate will come in with basic knife skills and knowledge of using slicer
• Knowledge of food safety & handling requirements
• Bilingual in English and Chinese
• Reliability and able to take responsibility

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts

• Oversees all daily accounting activities which include preparation of journal entries, accounts receivables, accounts payable and fixed assets maintenance. Ensure timely billing to stakeholders and compliance with AR & AP procedures by generating and raising invoices, debit, and credit notes.

• Monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities.

• Provides financial reporting to management

• Acts as a liaison and coordinates with the relevant regulatory authorities on various statutory

• Ensures all statutory and GST/tax returns are prepared and filed in an accurate and timely manner

• Oversees the annual statutory audit and preparation of annual accounts/ financial statements and reports for compliance with regulations and relevant financial and accounting standards.

• Manages cash flow forecasting and control processes.

• Maintains organized set of detailed records and files to document all financial transactions.

• Reviews, recommends and implements improvements to accounting processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• A recognised Diploma/ Professional Degree (Finance/ Accountancy /Banking or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in handling full sets of accounts.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for other positions.
• Strong technical accounting background & meticulous.
• Preferred Singaporean
