Job Description
We are looking to hire a Regional Sales Director to join our company. In this role, your duties will include supervising the sales and production staff to ensure targets are met, ensuring that all work is completed in line with procedures and policies, and reporting any work-related issues to senior management. You will analyze current practices and develop business process improvements as well as implement changes in workflows, structures, and teams to ensure continuous company performance.
To ensure success as Regional Sales Director, you should have excellent leadership skills, as well as the ability to identify problems and solve them quickly and efficiently. Ultimately, a top-notch RSD manager should have a strong working knowledge of management best practices and the ability to motivate and support his team.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing, planning, and managing the daily tasks and operations of the department.
- Evaluating the department performance and identifying areas of improvement.
- Regional Sales Duty
- Analyzing company processes and procedures and developing process enhancement strategies.
- Providing technical direction and professional support to department personnel.
- Ensuring that staff members comply with the policies and procedures of the division.
- Assisting with employee recruitment, as well as overseeing the onboarding process and training of new department staff members.
- Reviewing operations and reporting any issues to senior management.
- Working with the HR department to handle all inter-department disputes and conflicts.
- Investigating shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processes.
- Establishing norms and standards of company performance.
- Monitoring staff performance and organizational processes.
- Collaborating with other stakeholders to enhance productivity and staff satisfaction.
- Communicating ideas and opinions to other members of management.
- Training, mentoring, and guiding team members in new product development.
- Staying up-to-date with developments in management and process optimization.
Division Manager Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business development, product development, project management, or a similar field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role.
- Excellent knowledge of management best practices and strong managerial skills.
- Solid communication and team working skills.
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- The ability to navigate stressful work situations.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese culture and agricultural product preferred
- Ability to communicate in Japanese language
