ADNOVA PTE LTD undertakes corporate secretarial services for its clients. It has a team of professionals focused on tailoring its services to the specific needs of its clients in the provision of corporate secretarial services.
The successful candidate(s) will undertake the maintenance of statutory registers and the drafting of company resolutions for the firm's corporate clients. He or she will also assist in general administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Singapore Citizen/Permanent Resident (Foreigners on MOE bond may also apply. We are not in a position to consider foreigners who are not bonded to MOE)
- Degree / Polytechnic Diploma
- No experience required as training will be provided
- Salary will commiserate with qualifications and experience
